Paying For Your Order

Payments can be made securely by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal or bank depost.

We Don't Dropship

All orders are filled at, and shipped from, our warehouse in Cairns, Queensland.

Order Processing

Orders received before 11:00am (Queensland time) Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) are shipped same day. Orders received after 11:00am on weekdays, at the weekend, or on public holidays are shipped next business day.

Domestic Shipping

A postage calculator is available on the shopping cart page so that you can accurately see your postage cost before starting the checkout process.

Two delivery methods are available for orders with Australian delivery addresses:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days by Australia Post Parcel Post however that can be up to 14 business days for WA, NT and Tasmania.
  • Courier Delivery: 2-4 business days by Australia Post Express Post.
  • These delivery time frames can vary due to factors beyond our control so please refer to Australia Post's Service Updates page for current estimated delivery times.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is only available to New Zealand:

  • International Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days by Australia Post International Parcel Post.
  • International Courier Delivery: 2-5 business days by Australia Post International Express Post.

Duties, taxes and tarrifs on imported goods are levied at the point of entry into the receiver's country. You, as the receiver, will be responsible for these charges that are generally paid direct to the customs or excise authorities in your country by the receiver of the goods.

Incorrect Delivery Address

We are charged a $10.00 fee by Australia Post for any domestic orders returned to us as "Return To Sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are held at your local post office for collection but are not picked up within 10 business days.

Please ensure that the delivery address that you provide to us is correct as we will require you to pay the Return To Sender fee that we have been charged by Australia Post, plus the cost of re-shipping your order to you, before your returned parcel is re-shipped to you. This also applies to fees that we incur for orders that are not picked up from your local post office and are then subsequently returned to us.
